He works as a Roman Catholic teacher of religious education. He has been making zithers since 1991, with his maternal grandfather as his master. So far he has made 650 zithers commissioned by Hungarian and foreign customers. His instruments conveying traditional Hungarian zither music are characterised by a natural appearance, with stylised colt heads and rosetta sound holes symbolising the Sun as decorative elements. His work was recognised in the category of Traditional Masterpieces in 2022.
