She began researching and making Palóc costumes in 1982. She established the Palócviselet brand in 1984. Her aim is to make authentic and individual outfts inspired by Palóc costumes. In addition to traditional costumes, she also makes outfts that can be worn today. Her works are distinguished by Palóc features as well as the characteristic Palóc palette and design. Her oeuvre has been rec ognised by numerous awards (Young Master of Folk Art, Applied Folk Artist, Master of Folk Art, Pomegranate Award, Pro Renovanda Hungariae Award, Masterpiece Award, Hungaricum Prize, Zilachy Prize, Zsiga Király Prize, Mihály Csokonai Vitéz Creative Award). She was awarded the Fábián Szeder Lifetime Achievement Award at the 7th Palóc World Summit in 2022.
