MAKOLDI Gizella
1972, Miskolc, textile artist, painter, restorer
She graduated in picture restoration from the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts in 1996. Her expressive panel paintings as well as batik and painted textiles draw on the ideas and forms of Hungarian traditions. Various artistic felds complement each other in her life as she works as a painter, batik artist, teacher and mentor as well as a researcher painter and restorer.
