He started his studies in art in Csíkszereda (now Miercurea Ciuc, Romania) and continued them at the College of Fine Arts in Oradea, majoring in sculpture. The source of inspiration for his work is the discovery of ancient stories told by trees, their grains, gnarls and deep colours. Painting on boards that are hundreds of years old, he forms a profound connection with the hidden messages of olden times. His works can be found in private collections all over the world. He has had solo exhibitions in New York, Los Angeles, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bratislava, Budapest, Cluj-Napoca and several other major cities. He was a scholarship holder of the Hungarian Academy of Arts between 2016 and 2021.
