As a maker and repairerman of stringed instruments, he makes, repairs and restores stringed instruments every day with utmost professional dedication and humility. In addition to classical musicians, he also tries to serve folk musicians. He has a passion for the study and development of violas for folk music, and his speciality is the 3-string and 4-string (so-called combo) viola. He is currently a fellow of the Hungarian Academy of Arts.
